Tom sawyer is a lying person that is full of creativity and the fact he wants to impress Becky makes him want to lie even more due to that motivation and desire he has.

I agree with that, Gianna. In Chapter 7 (79) I found evidence that said,
"'Say, Becky, was you ever engaged?'"
and it supports that because Tom is in love with Becky Thatcher

He uses his creativity and imagination in all the wrong ways, whether it be making up magic spells and attaching them to useless items to intrigue the feeble-minded or using his silver tongue to escape work.

I agree with you, Kalen. Throughout the book it shows all the trouble Tom's creativity caused. For example, when Tom lied to his Aunt Polly telling her he dreamed of the conversation she had with Mrs. Harper while they thought him and Joe were dead. Evidence: "Oh, child, you never think. You never think of anything but your own selfishness. You could think to come all the way over here from Jackson's Island in the night to laugh at our troubles, and you could think to fool me with a lie about a dream; but you couldn't ever think to pity us and save us from sorrow." p.183

Being creative makes mostly anything fun. In chapter two, when he was painting the fence, his intelligence of making others' do his job and the creativity to make it seem worth the time. "... that in order to make a man or a boy covet a thing, it it only necessary to make the thing difficult to attain... Work consists of whatever a body is obliged to do and that Play consists of whatever a body is not obliged to do." (25)

Tom had fun when he pretended to be a pirate because of this evidence:
"He would be a pirate!"
This evidence fits Tom because he loves to be adventurous.

Imagination and Creativity has influenced Tom in every aspect of his life. He imagines weird things like if you plant an marble in the ground in three days all your lost marbles will come there. He also has a very imaginaive streak in him when he fed the cat the pain killer because he created the illusion that the cat wanted the pain killer.
